Printing in T24

Hi caps,

We're facing problems with our printer setup since we went live wit
T24 R06. We're running on AIX 5.3 with jBase 4.1.5_16. We set up the
AIX printer queues which seem to be fine. Also the jBase printer queue
is set up with:
SP-STATUS -> 1. CREATE-FORMQUEUE
<queue> PROG lp -s -d <device>
We are using the default formtype template located in the conf
directory.
The problem we have is that when we want to print out a report in
landscape, the font is too big. We are already using the smallest font
on with the hplj 4000 pcl printer driver on AIX (Courier 10). (lines
per page 66, columns per page 140). is there a way this could be
adjusted within the Globus?

It's a bug in Globus. Temenos has provided a patch R060751 for this
SYSTEM printing problem.
