I wanted to share my last news. After 3 months we finally could get
our things from customs. They were delivered October 26, after paying
around $15,000 on fees to everyone who was involved in the shipping,
agents and storage charges.
Everything seems to be here but guess what?! most of the furniture
it's damaged and guess what?! the reason is because of improper
packing.
Apparently, the insurance they sold me is ok, but I will have to start
another battle and at this point I am exhausted.
I have been in contact with Bella and she is trying to help me to get
a reimburse for me but guess what?! I have not gotten any response
from her, but on her on words to my sister, who went to her office in
Fl., she is very sorry!
It's everybody working with Debra Honea?
Gary who is your lawyer? I am thinking that we may have some criminal
charges against the company owners for fraud; maybe we can find a
prosecutor who wants to put this people out of the streets, plus some
civil liability for damages.
I'll keep posting my comments. I will do everything I can to make sure
this people won't screw anyone anymore.
