Hey everyone!
I hope you all had an amazing weekend, I know I did (and I think I can speak for everyone that went to Summit)!
We'll talk a lot more about Summit during this week's meeting, but I just wanted to send out a quick update about our ongoing GlobalGiving campaign. We are currently at $2,870! That we have almost reached $3000, with 13 days left in the campaign, is ridiculously awesome. I have updated the Google Doc so that people can put their names down next to donors that they have reached out to. Here's the link again so that you don't have to search for it:

A huge shout-out to all of those who have done an amazing job thus far in gathering donations! Honestly, it's awesome and inspiring to see the work that you guys have put in.
That being said, we've come to the final push--we need $1,100 more in a bit less than 2 weeks. so lets keep this momentum going! Reaching that $4000 will mean so much for the Nwoya Youth Center, our chapter, and GlobeMed in general. So lets get there!

I AM AMAZED BY WHAT GREAT WORK WE HAVE DONE THUS FAR!!!!! KEEP IT UP MY PEOPLE! also, the GROW team talked to Steven from the Nwoya Youth Center last night, and i can tell you guys right now that our UCLA chapter has some great work to do! So keep pushin for dollars, cause this money is going towords something BIGGER than you can even imagine. GO GLOBEMED!
P.s. cant make it this meeting bc of exam 7-9pm, but ill be there in spirit
