Hi Gmers,

Lots of you have heard me talk about my Two Degrees Internship that I have been doing for the last year or so and since I am graduating I have to find a replacement for myself. Since yall are pretty darn awesome I figured I would ask you people first if anyone was interested. The internship is marketing and sales oriented and focuses on partnerships (yay our favorite topic ever) as a way to combat childhood malnutrition. This company works with various non profits throughout the world including Partners in Health. I've learned so much about marketing, business, malnutrition & the non profit world from my short stint with this company and if anyone is looking to broaden their horizons while engaging with awesome people this might be the perfect opportunity for you. And did I mention it's a paid internship :)

No experience in marketing is necessary, just the willingness to learn and be creative. Here is the link for more information:

If you are at all interested please don't hesitate to email me with any questions, etc or give me a call at 916-420-0425

Thanks!

-Mizuki

On that same note my office in Santa Monica is also looking for interns since many of us will be graduating!

The Samburu Project focuses on drilling wells in the Samburu district on Kenya to help provide clean and safe water to those populations.
Currently I do video editing and social media but there are a whole slew of open positions (some in grant writing and event planning).  You really get the whole hands on experience and if you're interested in maybe working with smaller non-profits this will give you ALL the experience you could ask for (and more). My boss is awesome and super chill and the office has an incredibly laid back atmosphere. Lots of UCLA kids work there and  you can catch one of 3 Santa Monica busses to get there so a car isn't necessary

Let me know if you have any questions or are thinking about applying so I can put in a good word with my boss.

As an added random Owen Wilson used to get therapy in our building and we've seen Justin Timberlake at the office too. helll yeah.

Check out the opportunities here under the Internship tab :
