SPRINKLES CUPCAKES INFORMATION!

Hi everyone!

so my internet is tweaking out so I can't make the google doc pretty and readable just yet but Ill work on it so its is easier to understand but....

We did an AWESOME JOB and sold something around 330 cupcakes and 24 mini cupcakes!! Best way to end campaigns EVER I am literally so proud and excited!

So because of how great we did we will have to be super focused on Wednesday.

Please see this attached doc with your work shift times. Note:*** we are extremely light on people manning these tables, we could use A LOT of help so please consider working longer than your hour shift or two hour preparation requirement!****

Please double check the link for your work shift!!!

For people working at the locations but not prepping the cupcakes:  show up to your sales location at 7 or a little before 7 and we will have someone walking from the apartments (or driving) your cupcakes to you!
PROTOCOL:

• The person will approach you for their cupcake.
  
• Check the list, ensure they have the right cupcakes (match the name to the name on the boxes!) and then
•  TAKE THEIR MONEY FIRST. Unfortunately we cannot be taking any I.O.U's especially since its 10th week so even if its your friends try and front the money for them and have them pay you back.
  
• Cross them off of the list so we know they have been delivered!
• Any extra cupcakes can be sold around 9:15 pm (if it goes that late). but Please try and contact the recipient via TEXT  or PHONE CALL (rememebr you'll have a sheet with all of their information)
• When you transfer shifts from 7-8 to 8-9 PLEASE make sure you transfer the money envelope to a certain person and then text me the person with the moneys name!
