My client, a global multi billion dollar company has an opening for
an experienced
Plant Manager in the general Springfield, Missouri area. A background
in HVAC,
motors, and other electrical products is a plus. An engineering degree
would also be
a plus, and Six Sigma belts will be looked at favorably.
A stable work record of continued promotions is a very desirable
trait, as promotability is one of the major keys to this position.
The company has a history
of promoting from within when possible. Of course solid manufacturing
experience
is required.
