Weights for Transfer Learning

to GloVe: Global Vectors for Word Representation

Hi,

I am interested in using GloVe as a base model for transfer learning. https://github.com/stanfordnlp/GloVe

Can anyone advise where I can access the training weights for the model and how to interpret these?
