YOU have not Consented to this useage .To find out about this word (Silence) you are directed to go to the word Agreement. --So in fact -To Agree- I To Keep SILENT.--That is the way the courts deem you if your in traffic court so why not anything else.Think about it .When you dont say anything people ASSUME you agree and there lies the problem.---You HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.
