Dear Global Mormon Studies Network Members,

As we look ahead to this year’s Mormon History Association conference, we are excited that the Global Mormon Studies Network will once again have an exhibition table in the conference hall.

We receive this exhibition space free of charge in exchange for providing volunteers to help staff the table throughout the conference. The table is an important opportunity for us to connect with scholars, share information about the Network, highlight members’ work, and welcome those interested in global Mormon studies.

We would be very grateful if those attending the conference would consider signing up for one or more volunteer shifts. Even a short shift is tremendously helpful. You can sign up here:

We also invite members to contribute to our shared State of the Field PowerPoint, where you can include a short profile introducing yourself, your research interests, current projects, publications, or other work you would like fellow attendees to know about. The slideshow will run at our exhibition table throughout the conference. I have left last years profiles on the PowerPoint in case it is easier to go in and update it that way.

In addition, we are looking forward to gathering with many of you at the Global Mormon Studies breakfast and lecture during the conference. We are excited for the chance to reconnect, hear excellent scholarship, and continue building this community together!

Thank you for your support of Global Mormon Studies, and we look forward to seeing many of you at MHA!

Best,

Michelle
