Good Evening Global Health Enthusiasts!
A friendly reminder that you are cordially invited to attend the 12th Global Water Challenge on Saturday, April 30th, 2011, at the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus, located at 13001 E. 17th Street, Aurora CO, 80045.
This exciting middle school competition will be from 8:15 am until 12:30 pm. Denver Public Schools will go head to head in what will be a fun and informative day dedicated to the education of clean water access and sanitation.
To ensure a successful event, we are asking for volunteer judges to help score student presentations and provide feedback on their water access and sanitation projects. We seek the talents of undergrad and graduate students and professionals in the health and/or engineering and/or humanities fields. No experience is necessary and training, as well as breakfast, will be provided onsite the morning of the competition. You'll be impressed with what these middle school students have learned! It's an easy and enjoyable way to get involved in global health issues right here in Denver. If you would like to assist as a Global Water Challenge Judge, please send us an email to
in...@globalhealthconnections.org and we will reserve you a spot.
