Dear Global Health Friends and Colleagues,

I hope everyone is doing well. I would like to start off by personally
thanking everyone for attending our first Global Health Connections
Conference. The conference was a huge success. A great day for collaboration
and learning from each other about global health issues and solutions.

Our next upcoming event is our Global Water Challenge at the Colorado
Academy on Saturday, December 4th. We have three local schools preparing
their water projects to present before our volunteer judges. In addition
to Colorado Academy and Aurora LIGHTS Health Sciences Pathway Schools, we hope
to share projects from our international students in Russia, Jamaica, and
Tbilisi. We have been using Skype to connect local students to international
students to discuss water issues and cultural difference.

If you are interested in joining us on December 4th as a volunteer judge or
operations volunteer please let us know. Attached is our volunteer
recruitment flier, so please read and foward it to your friends and
colleagues. It's a fun day and great to see enthusiastic students
present solutions to local and global issues. For more details on our Global
Water Challenge visit our website

Also here is a video that students from Aurora North created on local water
issues
