GGP do not show donation results but META Ads an GOOGLE Ads do show results

Hi, my client is having some issues with the GGP, it is not showing any results, we have checked all the payment process, pixel, tags and everything is well configured in tag manager and the datalayer is perfect on the website. None of the Social platform results are being shown at the GGP, does anyone know what could be happening?
