Spam coming from GlobalDNA.org

Hello every one, looks like we had a couple of spammers who decided
are members where worth bothering :-(
It was brought to my attention by my brother Cavin, well I have
removed the affending posts and banned the users accounts!!
When I first set this up I wanted the forum to be open to all users,
including those that disagreed with are project. But I am temporarily
having to set the forum to moderate to stop future posts of spam..
ERR :-( Unit we decide how to handle this.
I have two ideals and are open to any others..
1.> We go through a membership validation so the spammers can't join
2.> We validate posts via a phone number authorization system
