Dear Nitin,

I am writing to you because yesterday you claimed to have made me the moderator of the group. I will accept but I am not sure of the job mandates. I have been getting tons of mail from people posting on the site. And I have no idea what I am supposed to do with these posts. There must be a "freedom of speech" clause for the group. I would assume that my mandate would be to weed out any excessive uses of such things as profanity and other potentially improper use of the site. But from whence comes my authority? Please advise!
