ART Category for Youtube

Recently I created our group's account GACtwit on Youtube and posted our group's video. To my dismay, there is no ART category which lead me to posting it to Entertainment category. Why is it Youtube have no ART category? Having an ART category with subcategories would help us artists of the world easily to post and share our art video. I then realize that since we are a group of artists in Global Artist Circle how would we suggest to Youtube and convince the developers to create an ART category in Youtube?
