At present the average global tempterature is 32 F. We are still in the Ice Age. The reason we are not covered with ice is because someone came along and tilted the Earth 23.5 degrees in relation to the sun thereby thawing the ice caps back 1,800 miles. This gave us a few extra thousand years to become conscious before we get close to the stars that made all the coal, oil and limestone. (See attached NASA data.) 

 

All past geologic ages when all the coal, oil and limestone were made the temperature ranged between 60 and 85 degrees F. The sun did not make the coal, oil and limestone because it could never break through the 750 PSI 3000-mile deep atmosphere. Photosynthesis and expanding earth took the CO2 atmosphere down to 14.5 PSI. It took a lot of UV photons to make the carbon fuels we are currently burning up without a thought...

 

Intelligent life forms cannot evolve around single star systems. First you got to have a carbon rich planet with a CO2 atmosphere. Then you have to have a white dwarf putting out more than 100 times the UV of our sun to make free oxygen, coal seams 100 feet thick and limestone 12,500 feet thick.
