Lack of leadership

Hello, 

Could the leadership team please give us some information about how we should make this website? We should have another webex meeting soon as we should have minimum 3 meetings to pass the course, right? Could you maybe make a doodle poll? I have been told that the leadership team has received a list of demands to pass the course? The leaderships only job is to give information and structure our task force, there is no leadership in this task force at all.....

Hello Ingrid, I emailed the Facilitator about the WebEx meeting requirements and she said we are not "required" to have 3 meetings.  I too was under that impression...
Anyway, in my email to her I also mentioned your candid email comments on the lack of Leadership's contribution to our Project. The Facilitator responded with the following suggestion: "Draft up an email that you and the other members of the leadership team agree on and then send it."  If you know what that means please suggest how you and or Business thinks we should proceed and Ecology will collaborate accordingly.

Sorry for the lack of responses, I just figured out that I'm actually the only person on the leadership team as of now. I'll try harder to help, I was very confused as to what I was to do since I am the only one on the leadership team.

A mail for the task facilitator? Things you could write is that there is no response from barely anyone and it does not seem like anyone is motivated, the cooperation is very low. No leadership team. What is going to happen with the website, did anyone start on this? We should have had a webex meeting, but maybe it is too late. We need to make a logo, a design for the website and write a lot. The business team will start on the website tomorrow and on friday. Hope everyone else starts participating soon, deadline on friday :)
