Sorry none of group recalled during our meeting that our city must have between 3-5 million people-- we decided on Mexico City and everyone left the WebEx meeting.  Mexico City has more than 8 million people so we need to schedule an emergency meeting now if we are to agree on a different city by 6pm for the GTF Charter. Please help us schedule another meeting ASAP...
Thanks, Chris Fleshren: Ecology Team.

Hello Task Force 34!

I have received your meeting notice. A member of the research team will create the meeting in WebEx. An email will be sent to all of you, and all you need to do is click the link in the email to join the call. When you join the call, please sign in using your own email and name. The member of the research team will start the meeting, and will be giving a technology competency check to make sure everyone knows the basics of WebEx and Basecamp. Please arrive a few minutes early to get any technology issues worked out so the meeting can start on time.

Please let me know if you change your meeting time or have any questions.

Good point, can we use our second option of Singapore? They have just over 5 million but hopefully that would be ok as it is a very rushed decision!

Yes Salina, that is my intention if I do not hear back from enough team members before 6pm.  Some people might not appreciate it, but what choice do I have?  A couple weeks ago I asked the Professor Crerar if Singapore's population is acceptable and she said yes, so its officially approved.
