Thank you Thank you Thank you,

Susmita,

The webpage looks AMAZING.  The structure and design is all in place for everyone to just add their sections.

You even included the guidelines for each page so the various teams can visit their pages and have all the tools they need to begin.  You went above and beyond what you had to and I really appreciate all your work on this.

This was a great way to get us started and motivated to keep moving toward our goal.

You and Danielle inspire me each and every week.

Thank you again,

Christine

Hi Susmita,

I am happy to send out the “unsubscribe” information to everyone.  Thank you for being on top of that as well.

With regard to the format, I personally think the type of bulleted points that you have outlined already is perfect.  Our leadership team met last week to talk about this deliverable and one of the key points in the guidelines was that it should appeal to the following:  A general audience, Scientists, and Investors.  After reading this we all thought it would be our recommendation to make everything simple for the general audience, and very direct and concise for any Scientists or Investors that might read it.  I think what you have outlined already is perfect and if we try to deviate too much from that, important information could get lost as often times if everything is clumped together, people just stop reading after a while.  This bulleted format allows for easy skimming and the ability to pick up on the important key points

My only recommendation would be for the teams to put these bulleted points in order of importance and impact so the strongest messages come through first. This would peak people’s interest right away and make them want to keep reading and learn more about what we have to say.

Thank you again for your amazing work.  I greatly appreciate the thought that you put into this and in including considerations for the other teams.  It really shows your team efforts.

Christine

Hi Christine,

Thank you. :)

I still plan to work further on this. I am just not sure how we want to structure some of the pages (especially the team-specific ones) so I sort of guessed and went with something. Do you have any recommendations?

Also, I am sure you will agree that the website should look aesthetically pleasing in addition to having the proper content. However, I noticed that currently we don't have any options to change the site appearance...I have contacted the Task Force Facilitator to find out about this.

By the way, can you please email the whole task force and let them know that they can "unsubscribe" from the website changes? This way they will not get hundreds of email notifications. They just have to sign in to the site and click on the "more" button and then "unsubscribe from site changes."
