Basic posting rules

As this listserve is active again this is a short note establishing some basic guidelines for how the list should be used. Generally, speaking we hope to use this list as a medium for open exchange on all issues related to the UN Financing for Development Process. The list is primarily for Civil Society Organizations and Non Governmental Organizations.

This list is very lightly moderated so some basic posting etiquette will go a long way in making it a useful and dynamic place for exchange. We therefore ask that you:

· Please keep the post relevant to the purpose of this listserve – the Financing for Development process at the UN

· Please do NOT reply all unless absolutely necessary

· Please respect the confidentiality of communications that go to this list—i.e. please do not forward or at least forward with vigilance

· Please do NOT use this list to promote your online publications or blogs unless absolutely relevant to the UN FfD process
