Thanks for the intros Amy and Bonnie! I'm looking forward to learning from what everyone has to share. 

I'm Claire Sale and I'm the Digital Curator working with Amy on the Community-Driven Innovation program at TechSoup Global. I'm responsible for organizing and shepherding content across our various channels, globally. I'm really excited to be involved with this group as I think it's an excellent resource to share and learn about making our programs scale effectively.
