I thought we are including the snapshot of the check sheet as well that gives a brief notification of main type of problems/issues (in between 3rd and 4th slide).

Otherwise, I have made some minor corrections and updated the attachment as "TIP TOP MARKETS PPT". Please update if you have some more changes.

I just found in Cause and effect diagram part, there 's one sentence need to be changed.

"Each of the factors listed in the diagrams [FIG (4)] is a potential source of product shortage and customer service that are more likely causes than others, depending on their nature. "

The previous one said something about ticket errors which is not related to our case.

Blake, I am sending the old version that had lot of errors and issues (that are commented and tracked, for your review) and also sending the corrected and edited final version "Final_ISDS 7313 Project". Please check the format once again & send this one to Dr.Liu requesting him to discard the previous one that you sent him.
