Job Title : Network Engineer
Location : Durham, NC
Duration : 12+Months Contract
Local Candidates strongly preferred
Network Engineer Mandatory Skills:
CCIE or CCNA, 5+ years of experience deploying and operating medium- to high-complexity networks, fluent in English, high customer touch capability.
Network Engineer Job Details:
Analyzes network performance and makes recommendations for improvements.
Responsible for complex testing and analysis of all elements of the network facilities.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex network issues to include root cause analysis and implementing permanent resolution.
Manages network vendor performance through routine measurements and reviews.
Troubleshoots more complex network issues and assists on more complex network projects/initiatives.
Seasoned professional with full understanding of all network systems and communications.
Participates in the evaluation and selection of vendors.
Prepares network capacity forecasts and recommends modifications to configurations that will reduce costs and improve service.
