Position : Sr. Test Analyst with IVR / Telephony Exp

Location : Pheonix, AZ

Duration : 6- 12 Months+

Job Description:

- PMO lead experience
- Ability to provide PMO leadership
- Interact with project managers and clients leadership team in IT and across their 6 operating zones.

**  To act in a PMO lead role with responsibility for 20 global infrastructure projects.
** Position will be based in St. Louis and reports to the client to the part 
of the client architecture team.
**  PMO lead will need to establish
             - standard reporting requirements among the various project teams,     
             - compile weekly status reports and presentation,
             - docment project milestones,
             - assess impact of project delays,
             - attend weekly steering committee meetings,
             - give project status presentations to the executive leadership team
             - ensure project teams are following the Client internal excellence program.

Tools to be used in MS Project, xl spreadsheets and Power Point.
