Leslie from USA-CA-Oakland: Two DVD players - trays won't open Philips and Sony Philips DVP3140/37, Sony DVP-NS57P Both turn on but trays will not open to allow DVD insertion

Emily from USA-WA-Tacoma: eReader with a failing battery Kobo Forma The battery goes from fully charged to dead very quickly - often overnight while not being used. I spoke with the Kobo tech support - did a software update via my laptop, have done multiple factory resets, removed the "sleep cover" on the device. Kobo tech support ultimately gave up and offered me a discount on a new device.
