Dear GDJC Community,

Warmest wishes to you and yours. We are reaching out with a few updates and opportunities:
  1. Call for papers to be highlighted in GDJC end-of-year review: Co-authored a diabetes-related publication in 2020? Submit info for 1-2 papers you've co-authored and would like GDJC to highlight in an annotated article list we'll share with our members in December, by Mon, 30 Nov.

  2. For the first time in our 1.5 years, GDJC Talks will be taking a 1-month hiatus during Dec 2020. We'll be planning an exciting program for 2021 and remain active on our Twitter account, sharing upcoming events and summarizing interesting articles.
    • We strongly recommend joining our colleagues at Steno Thursdays Global for their discussion on the recent ADA/EASD Consensus Report on precision medicine in diabetes on 3rd Dec. Register here.

  3. One of our co-organizers, Daniel Borch Ibsen, will be defending his PhD and invites us all to watch the livestream via Zoom, this Fri, 27 Nov. Add our event reminder to your Google Calendar here.
Take care,

Camille Mba
