IRC channel or something similar for dart happy hours

Hi

We should have some IRC channel like #dart-happy-hours or something similar during the hackathons , where different user groups can

A.) Interact with each other
B.) Can get help from each other
C.) Can get help from some dart experts probably from dart team that can help when people get stuck up somewhere.

I think this will greatly help as dart is pretty new and collaborative learning will enhance hackathon experience for everyone.
