this email circulated weeks ago-who can prove this? I would like to
think that it is true but one of our filcom leaders in US had
extracted sample Central Bank exchange rate figures.
Whoever from WB or anyone who wrote this and is truly concern with the
OFWs should show us empirical data for our analysis-but anything can
happen in the Phils isn't it? even in broad daylight at the expense of
the ofws when big businesses operates in tandem with corrupt
politicians.
We need a probe team back home, but who will investigate who? of
course CB could easily brush this off esp the political tone it
carries.
Any taker among the bank and finance sector of the globay pinoys?
