Job Description | | Role You will start as a Trainee Software Consultant. Simbus will provide extensive training on Cordys, a visionary BPM product from the Baan Stable (Please visit www.cordys.com for more details). After the initial training period of 6 months, you will have the opportunity to work on path breaking BPM projects with global clients as a software consultant. The job of the Consultant to work closely with Solution/Technical Architect and Project Manager in conceptualizing, designing, implementing, testing and delivery of solutions to customers on time with right quality. What is BPM? BPM or Business Process Management as it is called is an emerging IT area and also the fastest growing segment in IT as per Gartner Study. The current BPM global market of USD 11 billion is slated to grow at a scorching annual rate of 60% in the coming years. BPM is an IT tool which combines various IT features like Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), SOA, Workflow, Business Activity Monitoring etc. The main advantage of BPM is that it ensures a close alignment between business needs and IT delivery. Unlike an ERP, in which customization is difficult and time consuming, BPM can be used to automate business processes within a quick timeframe. A recent survey of Global IT managers by CIO magazine has placed BPM as the topmost priority for implementation by the IT managers in the coming years. As the next wave, BPM is expected to surpass other enterprise applications like ERP etc within a short timeframe. You are ?
