We have Technical Support requirements at the centres in Chennai and Bangalore, details of which are given below:

Job Title: Technical Support

Job Description:

Technical Support (Voice)

ü Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones

ü Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally

ü Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database

ü Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.

ü Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores (Strictly 2006 - 2011 pass outs with no backlogs)

Experience

ü 0 – 3 of experience (BPO/Non BPO/KPO/Financial Services Industry) across all processes.
