Hi Everyone,
I have a question regarding Rembrandt differential expression data. Since Rembrandt data set has GBM vs each individual Low grade gliomas, I was expecting to see each individual DE comparision (i.e. GBM vs Astrocytoma, GBM vs Oligo). When I downloaded the DE excel file, there is only one LogFC value for each gene. Does anyone know what samples are compared this LogFC? Is it GBM vs NT?
