to GlioVis - Data Visualization Tools for Brain Tumor Datasets

Why do the correlation scatter plots made by Gliovis and GEPIA have large differences?The database used is TCGA_GBMLGG, but the difference in R values is too large, with 0.57 on GlioVis and 0.18 on GEPIA. Why is this?
