to GlioVis - Data Visualization Tools for Brain Tumor Datasets

Hello,

I am trying to see a gene of interest in different cell types using TCGA_GBM data. When i download tcga_gbm data i got from gliovis to the DeconvoluteMe tool, it gives an error. Could you please provide csv file format for the data? Maybe this is the problem.
