Seeking a babysitter (and dog walker)

Hi there,

Does anyone have a great babysitter they can recommend? I am looking for an occasional babysitter for my two kids (ages 4 years and 3 months) PLUS someone we are hoping to get to know someone who can periodically fill in for my regular caregiver (my mom) when she's unavailable. For example, I know we will need someone to fill in the week of April 11-18 from 8:30am-6:00pm when my mom is out of town. 

Additionally, we are looking for a reliable dog walker to walk my parents' two dogs each weekday in Elkins Park (Breyer Woods). My mom watches the kids at her house and she's having a hard time getting out of the house with the dogs and kids - especially when it's cold or rainy. 

Any recommendations would be appreciated!
