Aug. 23rd Event

Our next event is on Saturday, Aug 23rd, so we plan on setting up Friday evening. For anyone that can help, what is a good time for you. I’m thinking around 4:30 - 5:00, but can adjust. Let me know if you can help out and what time works for you.
