Apparently this guy is a brand new owner, he used to own Casa Diablo, a strip club on the west side. I would like to comment and at least make sure we get a good neighbor agreement, management, etc. He might not know the area well and what he's getting himself into...

    Heads up: the Woodshed is seeking a liquor license for an endeavor that is planned to evolve into a strip joint. The owner, Johnny Diablo ZUKLE, has no plans for a manager. I assume that means that he will manage the place. If you click on this link and scroll down to The Woodshed, you can see his liquor license application. Hours of operation are planned from 0730 hrs to 0230 hrs. Oy vey.
