If you receive an SMS to update your WhatsApp, ignore it. Its a scam and they will bill you R7.00 a day to your mobile contract, or deduct it off your prepaid (R210 per month!). The ONLY way to update WhatsApp is via the IOS App Store or Google Play store for Android devices.
