Please help me with academic research into mental toughness because it is such an important area in sport. To assess your own level of mental toughness in your main sport and also stand a chance to win some great prizes simply complete this quick 5-10 min online survey found at www.casra.co.za/mtr.php. Please share this URL with the members of your club or organisation as well as with everyone you know who plays any sport!
This nationwide survey forms part of my doctoral research in the field of mental toughness in sport. I would like to access any and all South Africans who play a sport and they can be any age or play at any level, from top sports people to weekend warriors and people playing social sports. Any participants younger than 18 need to get their parent's/guardian's permission before participating in the research. Completing the survey indicates this and indicates informed consent. More information is on the website. Responses are confidential and anonymous and the website for data collection has been specifically set up so that one can answer the questions and then, on completion, enter personal data for entry into our lucky draw in a form that will be kept completely separate from the responses. Prizes up for grabs include the following;
