To provide overall IT Operation services within agreed service level and in compliance with IT process and procedures to the business which covering : 1. Server and application system availability of production systems 2. Server infrastructure, server management and documentation 3. Server operation, policy, and procedure

System Operations & Support : Ensures that the system operates efficiently and effectively Introduces new and appropriate technology to the company to maintain its competitive edge Manages SLA as second level support to NOC/Technical Support Team in resolving the problems Monitors all alerts and warning and also do further investigation to prevent any potential problems. Ensure the system on production comply to GRC Policy and PCI DSS guidelines Responsible for monitoring system performance and rectifying faults to minimize down time. Develop standard control and fault diagnosis procedure and responsible for servers Develop process and procedure related servers to ensure proper control with regular check maintenance Responsible for the administration of following application: Web Servers, Merchant Management System, Database Servers, FTP Servers, Backup Servers etc.

Planning & Strategy : Performs capacity planning and future strategy to support business growth To manage User IDs for all Unix servers and ensure user/IT access as per security policy Advising management on environment upgrades/modifications for scalability servers performance Provide customized solutions to users and technical advice in resolving problems as they occurs

Project Management & Documentation : Undertaking all activities associated with the development, installation and operation of local and |

remote system attached to the company's server infrastructure To manage the transition from development to production for all enhancements and system changes, making sure proper implementation and commissioning based on policy and procedure while maintaining system availability To ensure Patch update as per security and corporate guidelines.
