[My first reaction to this was to reject it as making no sense, because it doesn't. We try to make allowances if English isn't your first language, but try to remember that the language of the list is English. If we can't make sense of your question, the response probably won't make sense to you.
My second reaction after seeing that the sender didn't give us the courtesy of a last name and an employer was also to reject--mot identifying yourself is a violation of good manners and list protocol.
It sounds like this guy is a plumber who wants to be a piping designer, so feel free to respond, but if I see another post this poorly written it'll be bounced without comment.
