Dear All  4^th year Students

 

The coding is to be submitted only in the form of CD/DVD on 28/29th April 2014 along with hard copy of Project Report and Executive Summary , but   You have to write algorithm in soft copy and hard copy of Project Report and rest  remain as mentioned earlier .

 

Students failed to submit  the soft copy today by email may loose marks

Dear All,

 

 

Please find enclosed the  Documents regarding Project :

 

1. FRONT PAGE of Project Report

 

2. Project Report Format (  Hard Copy  & Soft copy)

 

3. Project Executive Summary ( Hard and soft both to be submitted ) 

 

4.   Project List

 

 

All students are advised to prepare both Documents strictly according to format attached here with .

 

1. Front Page Color ( Dark Blue with golden Text ) only as per the format .

 

2. Inside Report  page no. 1 -  Color  -as per the format of Report and it should contain Submitted by:  It will contain all the Names of Students involved in the particular group in Each individual  report also .  ( Also include group no. in the format sent here with at the end of all names ) 

 

 

3. No. of reports = No of students in the group + 2 copies extra ( one for CSE dept and one for Library)

4. Normal Body Text: Font Size- 12, Times New Roman, 1.5 Spacing, Justified.

5.Paragraph Heading Font Size: 14, Times New Roman, Underlined, Left Aligned

6. Page numbers - All text pages should be numbered at the bottom center of the pages

 

7. All the copies should be hard bound.

 

8.  Include single Certificate ( format in attached file)

 

9. Coding should be submitted in CD .

 

 All student must submit the project Report and Project Executive Summary  soft copy by 23^rd  April 2014 . According to instructions of HOD sir, the soft copy of both Project Report and Executive Summary should be sent for approval to Respective Project Guide and Project Coordinator  by 23^rd  April 2014  , 

 

 

Please get soft copy of Project Report approved by your guide and after his /her approval  reports go for Hard Bind .  

 

Further the as per the instructions of HOD sir all students of B.Tech 4th year are informed that there will be final presentation of Project on 28^th April ( G1-G25) and  29^th April 2014( G26-G51) from 9:30 AM sharp. On the Presentation day all the above documents be ready with hard bound.

  

Note: Abstract of Project  Report and Executive summary should be same . This time Chapter nos. are there in the Report .
