Proven ability to align workforce and organization performance through developing a positive workplace environment and workforce performance culture. Proven experience in the management of human, financial and capital resources to provide efficient and effective service delivery for the Program. Demonstrated capability in developing positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Track record of success in initiating and managing change in a diverse service environment. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to Workplace Health & Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity principles and practices. Current drivers licence.
