Cannot call firmoo.com

Has anyone ordered from firmoo.com? I've been trying to call them to
ask about my order, but cannot get to them. They seem to have 4
different voicemail messages that alternate (one of which is in
Chinese). I also get 2 beeps, and then that's it. On one of the
voicemails, it tells the caller to leave a message, but then again,
there's no one on the line! I can understand if I called at a busy
time, or they would pick up once in a while, but I tried calling
probably 6 times today, and the phone actually range ONCE. Should I be
worried?

I ordered from them about 10 months ago and got good service. Try
email.

Agreed. Most internet companies, even the big ones like Amazon or eBay, are really set up to be contacted by email. Try the standard method of email, before you go for something so unusual as a phone call.
Email gives you something "in writing" in the process, so if you have reason to be worried, it's well documented.

This is an old thread, and the reply may not help the original poster. It may help provide some info for anyone looking for Firmoo info. I have ordered from them 3 times and been very happy with the product and the service. The English in their emails isn't always the best, they are super quick to reply.

P.S. sorry an amendment. I haven't been on here in awhile. I posted a review of Firmoo after my first order that didn't praise the frame quality (in case people are digging). I ordered them them again since though because they had a specific frame that I liked for sunglasses. I made 3 orders of that frame, and was very happy with the product.
