I'm a gal going through life with a low nose bridge that loves the
look of plastic frames, but they don't stay put and always slide down
my nose!
I've tried re-bending the legs to keep them tight against my face, but
what happens is that they sit so close to my face that my eyelashes
brush up against the lenses...

I've pretty much come to the conclusion that I can only ever order
plastic frames with the clear pad (split-pin) that screws into the
metal that is attached to the frame (essentially the kind you find on
every and any metal frames)....rare, but they are out
there...somewhere...

Has anyone heard of adding adjustable nose pads to glasses that are
completely plastic? that stayed on?

(btw- I'm not talking about those little foam stickies that you find
in every mini fix-it kit)

I have a similar problem and found a very nice solution. If you go to
www.nosepadking.com, you can do research on nose pads that you can
stick on to your plastic frames. These are not those little foam
stickies you refer to in your post. I have had great luck with these:
Detail.bok>. I replace them every two-three weeks and have not had any
problems with slippage for daily normal use. Slippage still occurs
when I'm going for a run, but that's the case with any pair of
glasses, metal or plastic.

The nosepadking.com site is a bit of a mess in terms of navigation.
They have a 30% off sale until the 27th as long as you use the promo
code: Thanks

BTW, if you are still not too crazy about ordering silicon nose pads,
you can go to coastalcontacts.com and look for Gucci plastic frames.
They have a few with the adjustable nose pads. I have one of these
frames but still find that I am more comfortable with my regular
plastic frame and the silicon nose pads from the Nose Pad King for
some reason.

Good luck!
