Ironically, I submitted a standard Zenni emailed receipt for
reimbursement for myself, and my insurance paid through without any
controversy.
Then with my husband's order, I got grief. Perhaps it was just the
claims adjustor, or perhaps it was because the receipt also included
line items for additional glasses for myself and one of my children.
But what my insurance company wants is the specifics listed on the
receipt i.e. frames = $, lenses = $, lenses treatment = $, and that
info does not appear on the receipt.
In any event, I completed the online form on Zenni's website and
immediatley heard back from them with a different phone number than
the one listed on the emailed receipt

does not appear on either their website, or the receipt. The 800
number gave a fast buzy tone which lead me to believe that it was not
in operation. Perhaps in error. I telephone late on Saturday
afternoon.
