Don't I know you from somewhere? They'll let anyone in here :)
I'm zero for one with Zenni. Ordered some titanium frames from them
and they took forever to arrive, this was a while back where I guess
they were having issues with customs. Wore them as a "dirty work"
pair of glasses for a couple months and one of the nosepieces fell
off. Found that the screw that holds them in is an odd thread that
one cannot find in a typical eyeglass repair kit, so they're now
useless :(
I should probably order another pair anyway though as that means that
now I have only one pair of glasses, plus the ones from Zenni that now
sit cockeyed on my face and try to rub a hole in my nose, so they
theoretically *could* be used in an emergency...
On the upside, the glasses were decent enough while they lasted,
although they were a little large for my face (but now I know what
size is "too big" so I'll just get something smaller.) I had to bend
the crap out of the temples and the little arms that hold the
nosepieces to get them to fit - they showed up bent at crazy angles.
I figured that would be the likely failure of the glasses - in fact I
expected to break them before I got them to fit, they were that far
out - but they handled some abusive adjustment just fine.

Zenni will provide replacement bits and pieces for free.
"If you’ve lost a nosepad or have loose or missing screws, we supply
those in reasonable quantity on a continuing basis, without charge, as
well as a tool to facilitate their replacement. You need to provide
the order number, and the frame number, when you request such service
parts so that we may verify the frame number and record the service
parts sent." -- http://www.zennioptical.com/cart/pages.php?pageid=18
Of course that demands that you kept the info they request; which is
why got me when a nice pair lost their nose widget after 3 years.

Hmm... have to see if I still have the order confirmation. I
actually liked the glasses, and the fact that they were a little big
for my face was actually a plus when, say, standing in front of a
bench grinder. thanks for the heads up.

Just a follow up: I actually did find my old order, so I emailed
Zenni and told them that i'd lost my nosepiece due to the screw
falling out. At the same time ordered another pair just because. Got
my more recent order earlier this week (about 3 weeks from when I
ordered it) and they included a little envelope with some new
nosepieces and screws for my old glasses in it. The new glasses were
also in much better shape than the old pair, although both are now
serviceable. So my more recent order was much more hassle free than
my first one (which took quite a long time to arrive) and can't fault
their customer service WRT the replacement bits. This is good as I
have lots of "dirty" work planned for the near future and don't really
want to hork up my expensive glasses.
I haven't actually worn the new pair yet as I haven't had enough free
time to adjust the temples and nose pieces properly, but I could see
through them fine just trying them on.
