Help reading my prescription (first timer)

Many sites I go to ask me for ADD but I don't seem to have that on my
prescription, here is a pic of it

ADD is the part that is used for bifocals. From the looks of things,
your prescription doesn't include a value for the (ADD) bifocal
part...this implies that you don't need it.

When in doubt, though, always contact your doctor. On this list,
we're well meaning...but that doesn't make a good substitute for a
medical opinion.

Your prescription is:

OD SPH: -5.00
OD CYL: -1.25
OD AXIS: 180

OS SPH: -5.00
OS CYL: -1.25
OS AXIS: 180

There is no ADD number because that's only used for bifocals or
progressives. Just leave it blank when you're placing your order.

Also, you still need your PD - that's the one number you're missing.

ordering my first pair as we speak, wish me luck!
