suggestions for computer glasses?

I've been reading here about how to make computer-specific glasses, in
hopes of finding some way to ease my eyestrain and blurriness while
I'm at my computer.

What I have found so far tells me to negate (almost!) my Rx:

OD -1.00 -.25 37 +2.0
OS -1.00

I too am interested in computer glasses. I hear a company called
Gunnar makes special lens. Anyone know where one can buy a
prescription pair online? Also can anyone who owns a pair share their
experience?

It depends on how far you sit from the screen. What's the screen look like without glasses?
