video uploads - "glassboard hitting unexpected error"

Hi there,
Just getting started and trying to upload a video (the file is .mov format and just 6.5 MB) - I keep getting a "glassboard has hit an unexpected error. Our mistake!" message. Glad its not my mistake, but wondering whether this can be expected to resolve or whether its an ongoing problem? thanks!

We've recently had a few other folks report some of the same thing.
We're still trying to figure this out since it works most of the time,
and then sometimes it won't. What's your connection like?

thanks for the help - we have a reliable high speed DSL connection - I uploaded same video to another site quite quickly

I am also having this problem today and have not seen a solution posted.  Any help would be appreciated.
