  Sorry about the delay, I didn't see this until just now. We send our email via SendGrid, which is a fairly well known email service. If you can give me a few of the addresses that should be getting emails I can investigate further.

We recently switched email providers to Rackspace and since doing that none of our users are receiving emails from Glassboard, and only Glassboard any longer. Why do you think that is and what can we do about it?

I contacted Rackspace and they are asking where the emails are being sent from and are they sent by an outside party? Any help, please.
