We recently switched email providers to Rackspace and since doing that none of our users are receiving emails from Glassboard, and only Glassboard any longer. Why do you think that is and what can we do about it?
I contacted Rackspace and they are asking where the emails are being sent from and are they sent by an outside party? Any help, please.
